Our current portfolio comprisesfive 46-metre superyacht projects, with the hulls and principal structural works already completed and each yacht at a different stage of construction and completion. Compared with a conventional new-build project starting from the drawing board and requiring a lengthy hull construction programme, our existing 46-metre projects offer a more efficient route to yacht ownership. Buyers can begin with an established hull and engineering platform and complete the remaining construction and customisation according to their own requirements— significantly reducing the time required to bring a large yacht to completion.
